Seoul is continuing to experience low temperatures with temperatures dropping to 9.3 degrees, being the lowest recorded this autumn. Forecasts suggest a rise in temperatures from the afternoon of the next day. Historical data for this October indicates anomalous weather conditions, potentially leading to higher than usual temperatures and significant snow during the winter months.
